Marketing & Outreach Compliance Addendum

Service Operator:

1. Scope

This Addendum applies whenever Client uses Deliverables for outreach (email, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, ads audiences, or any direct marketing).

2. No outreach by Operator

Unless a separate written "Outbound Services Addendum" is signed, KSTUDIO SIA / LeadFlow.lv does NOT contact data subjects on Client's behalf. Client remains solely responsible for outreach.

3. Client obligations

Client shall:

• (a) ensure a lawful basis for outreach for each jurisdiction and segment;
• (b) provide GDPR Article 14 notices where required;
• (c) include a clear opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism in each marketing email;
• (d) honor opt-outs promptly and maintain a suppression list;
• (e) comply with Do-Not-Call / registry requirements where applicable;
• (f) keep reasonable records of outreach compliance (templates, campaign logs, opt-outs).

4. Prohibited outreach

Client shall not:

• (a) send unlawful spam or deceptive messages;
• (b) spoof headers, impersonate third parties, or use misleading subject lines;
• (c) contact individuals who opted out;
• (d) run high-volume bulk outreach without compliance controls.

5. Enforcement

If Operator receives credible complaints or evidence of non-compliance, Operator may suspend access immediately and request remediation.

6. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client shall indemnify KSTUDIO SIA from claims, fines, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from Client outreach.

This Addendum does not constitute legal advice. Client should obtain independent counsel.
